We ship Australia-wide from Sydney, NSW.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide.
- Additional shipping fees may apply in certain circumstances (see below).
Dispatch Time
- Most orders are dispatched the next business day.
- During busy periods (such as sales events), dispatch may take up to 2 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

We use trusted national carriers including:

- Direct Freight Express
- Couriers Please
- Aramex
Carrier selection depends on parcel size, weight, and delivery location.
Please note: Some large or heavy items (such as the Full Body Panel) cannot be shipped via Australia Post due to weight restrictions and will be sent via an alternative freight provider.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to:
- Regional or remote delivery locations
- Weather events
- Peak shipping periods
- Carrier delays outside of our control
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
- Shipping to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers may incur additional charges after checkout.
- If additional fees apply, we will contact you before dispatch.
Please note that some large items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Express Shipping
Express shipping may be available for an additional fee.
If you require express delivery, please contact us with your postcode prior to ordering, and we will provide a shipping quote.
Remote & Regional Areas
While we offer free standard shipping Australia-wide, some remote or regional areas may incur additional freight charges.
If your address falls into this category, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional fees.
Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Signature on Delivery
All orders are shipped Signature Required unless you specifically request Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout.
If ATL is selected, Redi Therapy is not responsible for parcels once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Incorrect Address & Returned Parcels
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failure to collect
- Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
Additional redelivery fees may apply.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control. Redi Therapy is not liable for carrier-related delays.
